Chances are, she's gonna want to paint it.
And because she loves French décor, she'll probably choose something like
Aqua-Sphere by Sherwin Williams...

And chances are she'll love it so much, she'll take it a step further &
distress it a little, just to make it a little more French.

And chances are, because she likes the stained top, she'll leave it unpainted & just give it a good coat of finishing wax...

And chances are, she'll like how that turned out so much, she'll decide to freshen up the original hardware just a smidge by spraying one very light coat of spray paint (oil-rubbed bronze)...

And chances are, when she gets it into the dining room, she's going wish she had a nice, old, french mirror to go with it...

But, since she doesn't have the mirror right now, chances are she'll just make up for it with accessories...

And chances are, she'll love it all so much she'll want to sit & look at it awhile...
But, that will remind her that she has no dining chairs...

And chances are, the more she keeps shopping for the perfect dining chairs, she'll find something else to go with them.
Read more about this buffet here.
Then go visit some of these sites because, chances are, I'm linking up with them!
