Back-to-Back Giveaways! Are You Feeling the LOVE?

This giveaway is now closed...please click on my banner at the top of the page to see my latest posts!

The Big Le Creuset Giveaway is drawing to a close at midnight tonight & the winner will be announced tomorrow morning, but we still have some more preparation do to get you ready for Valentine's Day! I've got several ideas cooking for the days leading up to Love Day, but for starters, I'm challenging everyone to take a break from the traditional flowers & candy this year & give your Valentine something they'll cherish for longer than it takes to scarf down that box of chocolates. Maybe you could write a poem, make a special project, or cook a great meal. At the very least, you could design your own Valentine out of construction paper & a doily like we all did in elementary school. (Maybe I'll do a little tutorial on the Valentine I gave my husband last year.) Even if you're not married or don't have a sweetheart, do one of these things for someone you love. Be creative & put your heart into it. And to go along with your heart-felt creation, I am offering a giveaway that's sure to make their day!

Whether you have a favorite picture of the two of you together, one of yourself, or even the kids or the dog, I can help you turn your picture into a work of art they'll love. Visit my etsy shop to see examples of photos that have been printed on canvas. I also sell this fine art in a local home decor market here in my town. I've had many satisfied customers & I think you'll like them, too.

If you'd like to win a 12" x 12" canvas print to give to your Valentine (or to keep for yourself), enter a comment below & tell me about the picture you'd choose to use. Then, spread the word to all your best friends & post it on your blog if you have one. This giveaway only runs 'til midnight Sunday night (1/24), so don't wait!

  1. I have been wanting a canvas pic of me and hubby to do a photo colage on one of my walls in the living room........similar to Kelsey's. I would be ecstatic if I won!!! woo hoo!! These give-a-ways are fantastic and your blog is so inspiring!

  2. I would choose a black and white photo taken of my grandparents when they were first married...they look so young and in love. My Nannie passed away in November and she was married to my Pa for 60 years. He is lost w/out her and I'd give it to him to remind him of the happy years as he faces his first Valentine's day without her.

    Love your blog, btw! :)

  3. Julie!! I love your blog...this is the first time that I have seen it. I just saw the link of FB and this just confirms that you truly ARE amazing!!

These canvases are amazing and I think I want about 20 for my own house! But, if I won I would pick a picture of my Granny and my Jenna. Jenna is laying on her chest and Granny's arms are wrapped around her...it's so sweet! My Granny is so special to me and I named my sweet Jenna after her....I would love to give her this sweet picture printed on canvas!

  14. If I won, I would choose a black and white print from the 1960s of my mom, her older sister, and younger brother. They are sitting together in a row. It's a classic sibling photo and my mom's favorite from her childhood. It would be such a thrill to win this and give the picture to her for her birthday! 57. How fun! I love these things!

If I won, I would choose the photo of a picture I took on top of the John Hancock Building. You can see all of Chicago, but there are clouds floating by, so it feels like you're really flying in the sky. I was there with my brother and sister in law, and we had a great few hours chatting and talking at the top. I've been there several times, and always remember of how magical it feels to be floating in the middle of the clouds!
